Furniture production
Our wooden products are manufactured in China, Ukraine, and Poland in collaboration with experienced producers who specialize in children’s furniture. The production process combines modern techniques with a solid tradition of craftsmanship, focusing on precision, stability, and long-lasting durability. We maintain high standards for material selection, construction, and surface finishing to ensure that the furniture meets current European safety and functionality standards.
Production in Ukraine is conducted in accordance with applicable Ukrainian and European labor laws. This includes legal employment conditions, regulated working hours, correct wage payments, and requirements for workplace safety and environmental standards.
In China and Poland, we collaborate with BSCI-certified factories.
Textile production
Our textile products are manufactured in India and Turkey, countries with strong traditions in textile production and the processing of natural and high-quality materials. Production takes place at carefully selected suppliers who adhere to internationally recognized standards and certifications for quality, labor conditions, and environmental responsibility. The textiles are designed for use in children’s environments and are chosen with careful consideration for functionality, feel, and durability.
Our main production facility in India is powered entirely by solar energy, reflecting our commitment to more responsible and environmentally conscious production. At the same time, the factory is BSCI-certified and meets international requirements for fair and safe working conditions. Our production facility in Turkey is also BSCI-certified and operates in accordance with the same international standards for responsible and safe production.
Down & Feather Production
Our duvets and pillows filled with down and feathers are produced in Denmark by a specialized manufacturer with decades of experience in processing these materials. The production is based on solid expertise and a deep understanding of the quality, comfort, and durability of the materials.
The entire production takes place in Denmark, where all steps are handled in one location. This ensures full control over quality – from the selection and cleaning of down and feathers to the finished product. Quality is continuously tested in advanced laboratory facilities recognized under European standards for down and feather inspection. This guarantees that all materials meet strict requirements for cleanliness, resilience, and uniformity.
We take animal welfare very seriously. Only down and feathers from industrially slaughtered birds are accepted, and no down or feathers are ever sourced from live-plucked animals. This is ensured through documentation and written guarantees from our suppliers.
Modern, highly automated production allows us to manufacture duvets and pillows in Denmark without compromising quality, responsibility, or efficiency.
Mattress production
Our mattresses are produced in Poland by specialized manufacturers with extensive experience in children’s mattresses. The production focuses on ergonomics, support, and breathability to ensure healthy and comfortable sleep. All production meets current European standards, with an emphasis on quality, safety, and materials suitable for everyday use.
RAFFIA PRODUcTION
Our raffia products are manufactured in Vietnam, where processing is carried out with great respect for the material and traditional craftsmanship techniques. Raffia requires care and experience, and production relies on knowledge passed down through generations. The result is products with a natural appearance, high quality, and timeless design.
We collaborate with production partners, including BSCI-certified factories. BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) is an international standard that promotes fair working conditions, workers’ rights, and responsible production.
pur foam PRODUcTION
The changing pads are manufactured in China by producers with expertise in functional and practical baby products. Production is organized with a focus on durable materials, easy cleaning, and long-lasting performance. Each changing pad is designed to withstand everyday use while providing a comfortable and safe experience for both child and parent.
The factory producing the changing pads is BSCI-certified and complies with international standards for responsible working conditions, including requirements for workplace safety, working hours, and workers’ rights.
